This box lists the comprehensive series of Japanese language textbooks, 「まるごと:日本のことばと文化」, designed for adult learners of Japanese as foreign language. This series covers from A1 (beginner) to B1 (intermediate) levels. Some levels consist of two parts, 「かつどう」, for those who want to start using Japanese, and 「りかい」, for those who want to learn about Japanese language. 

Open Access Textbooks

Open (free) text book to study Japanese language, created by Dr. Emiko Konomi at Portland State University. Can be used for self-study. Provided by Open Text Library. OPT, supported by Open Education Network, is a platform for open textbooks which are licensed by authors and publishers to be freely used and adapted. Download, edit and distribute them at no cost.
