China Legal Research: Cases

Provides library resources related to Chinese legal history, modern Chinese laws, regulations, cases, and statutes, and a section on doing business in China.

Page Information

Finding information on Chinese law cases can be very difficult because there is no official comprehensive reporting system of case law in China. Only some significant cases are reported in the Gazette of the Supreme People's Court of the PRC. Some cases are also available in databases such as Chinalawinfo.
