Memoranda of Agreement Between Publishers and Journals

Memoranda of Agreement (also known as Memoranda of Understanding) are contracts between publishers and journals that stipulate the rights and responsibilities of both parties.  The resources on this page can help journal publishers create effective Memoranda of Agreement that define the expectations and responsibilities of both the publisher and the governing bodies for each journal that they publish.
