[Kyohaksa's New Grand English-Korean Dictionary] covers about 300,000 words. It features plenty of words and their examples of usages. It also contains many scientific, historical and geographical words.

[Minjung's essence English-Korean Dictionary] contains over 97,000 words. Also, this dictionary contains many new words which are made since 2000 and jargons relating to science and technology.

Look up the English word you would like to translate and you can find the Korean equivalent. Variations of words included where applicable. This book also includes the English definition so you can be sure you have the right word.

The approach in [Chinese Characters: A "Radical" Approach"] is that: using the 214 Chinese "radicals" to explain the meaning of some 2300 Chinese characters, including all or the 1800 "standard" characters used in Korean. Also, this dictionary contains vocabulary lists of some 10,000 words in current usage in Korean.
