ADA-accessible PDFs can be read aloud in Adobe Acrobat and Reader. 

Enabling PDF read aloud on Windows:

1. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat or Reader
2. Select "Menu"
3. Select "View"
4. Select "Read Out Loud"
5. Select "Activate Read Out Loud"
6. Return to the same menu and select "Read this page only" or "Read to end of document."
7. To stop the reading, return to the same menu and select "Stop."

Enabling PDF read aloud on Mac OS:

1. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat or Reader
2. Select "View"
3. Select "Read Out Loud"
4. Select "Activate Read Out Loud"
