Two Amazon reviews ~ The book gives great insight into human behavior and is written in an entertaining and engaging way. James uses clever stories to illustrate leadership truths throughout the book that have helped me grasp and retain the concepts he is conveying. and If you can't find 9 minutes at the beginning of your work week to improve your leadership and most importantly enhance your relationships with those who work for you, then you might want to find another vocation.
