Open Web for Learning & Teaching Expertise Hub is Coventry University's catalogue of open digital tools and and stories of their use in education. Folks can upload and post reviews of their favorite tools, keeping the catalogue current.
TechCollect
Building on owlteh, the University of Colorado offers its own collection of digital tools useful for open education. TechCollect also is a crowd-sourced collection with reviews.
