This guide is intended to assist you in identifying and requesting print and manuscript materials pertaining to Spain, Portugal, and Latin America at the Kenneth Spencer Research Library. Spencer's Latin American print and manuscript holdings are particularly strong for Central America, especially Guatemala. Please use the tabs above to navigate the different pages of this guide.
Note: In addition to the Ibero-American materials held in Special Collections, Spencer also holds materials that may be relevant in the Kansas Collection, the Wilcox Collection of Contemporary Political Movements, and the University Archives. To locate these materials, please consult Spencer's online finding aids page for manuscripts, the KU online catalog for printed materials, or ask for reference assistance at 785-864-4334.
Please also feel free to contact me with any questions.
