Welcome to the Korean Studies research guide.  This page provides some starting points for your research on South Korea.  If you have research questions or want to make a purchase request, or need to schedule an appointment for a research consultation, please contact Vickie Doll (vdoll@ku.edu).

    by Pusan Nati onal University and Nara Information Tech. Choose #1 option, input Korean script for converting, choose "Administrative Area" romanization (the McCune- Reischauer Romanization).

    Transcription of Korean alphabet Hangul. Transcription of Korean alphabet Hangul according to McCune-Reischauer system with minor amendments of BGN/PCGN. Paste Korean scripts in the first box, in 3rd box choose Korean (McCune-Reischauer) and Submit. Romanization will appear in the middle box. (Nor sure if it is 100% accurate).
