Library Instruction Lesson Plans

Using a lesson plan will help you organize your instruction and help minimize potential obstacles. On this page you will find two different templates to use for planning instruction. If you already have a great template you follow please let me know and I will add it to this list. Each link will provide the template in a Word document for you to save and use as many times as you need.

  • Megan Oakleaf's Library Workshop Lesson Plan
    Megan's lesson plan template is an excellent tool for designing an instruction session based on objectives, standards, and assessing comprehension. It includes the following categories:
