Organizational Development - old version: Project Management

Why Project Management?

A project is a collection of tasks invovling multiple individuals, organized to deliver well-defined projects (called "deliverables"...) within a defined period of time. (1)

Projects start and end.  And in between they involve defining an accurate Statement of Work (SOW) which defines the what, why, who, and when; and outlining the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) which further defines the what, who, and how.

This guide provides resources, tools and templates for effectively managing various aspects of the project management process.
